Arrival and Departure

Arrival: please plan you trip to arrive on Friday 9th arrive between 1pm - 5pm,

We will be ready with a complimentary drinks and pastries. ( facilities will be available from 2pm)

Our opening celebration begins at 7.00pm

Departure: We will conclude our time with a short communion service (optional) at 1.00pm.
so you will be ready to return home before 2pm on Sunday.

LENCHWOOD CENTRE
Lenchwood, Evesham, is the home of Lenchwood Christian Trust , and is the ideal location for our holiday conference. It is set in 120 acres of land and countryside proving a place of peace and refreshing. You will find Lenchwood and the Christian community gathering together a truly wonderful and experience.
CONFERENCE PRICES AND BOOKING
1. Conference Attendance Fee
The conference attendance fee is £50 per person for the weekend.
If you are booking accommodation, the conference attendance fee for the lead guest (the person making the booking) is already included in the accommodation cost.

Examples:

Lodge Room (for a couple): The person making the booking has their conference fee included. The second guest will need to add a Conference Attendance booking (£50).
​

Cabin (for a group): The person making the booking has their conference fee included. Everyone else staying in the cabin will need to add a Conference Attendance booking (£50 per person).
​
This ensures that every person attending the conference has paid the required attendance fee.
​
Please note that there are no discounts for single bookings - prices are per room.

2. ACCOMMODATION TYPES:
​There are different types and levels of accommodation available to choose. Please click on the appropriate button below to be sent to our booking portal.
​
​There are three lodges available, each accommodating up to eight guests.
While lodges are perfect for small groups, each room in a lodge can be booked independently by single people or couples.
​
Each lodge features four private bedrooms (configured as either twin or double rooms), all with en-suite shower rooms. Every bedroom is also equipped with a fridge, kettle, and complimentary tea, coffee and milk.
Guests also have access to a shared kitchen and lounge area, providing a comfortable space to relax and socialise.
​
In addition, a limited number of lodges are fully accessible and designed for guests with disabilities.

There are several cabins available on site. Each cabin consists of two private ensuite bedrooms, with two guests accommodated in each bedroom (up to four guests per cabin).
​
Between the two bedrooms is a shared kitchen and lounge area, which is accessed separately from the bedrooms and is available for all guests staying in the cabin to use.
​

The site offers various designs of fully equipped static caravans on site. From four to six berths, all with a sofa bed in the lounge area. They provide excellent accommodation that includes kitchen dining area, lounge, two/three bedrooms, showers and toilets. Bed linen is included.

There 10 PODs at Lenchwood. They each come with two single beds, a fridge and kettle. They offer beautiful views of open countryside and woodland, with ready access to excellent camping facilities.

With 120 acres of beautiful countryside, there is considerable room to pitch your own motorhome, caravan or tents. There are a number of set locations on the site that provide hook-up facilities. There are also excellent toilet and shower amenities available for campers.

We understand that you may not be able to attend the conference for the full weekend, or that you may live locally and simply want to join us for part of the experience.
